This is what I do to p*** the time of day. I'm a retired large fire shop supervisor and now I'm into inlines. Fun to build. The costs are the same as the V-8's but they cab be just as fast. I drive a '32 Sedan that was my dad's and it has a '47 full pressure 216 in it with an HEI. Highlift Rockers, dual carburetors and headers plus an electric fan. It has a T-5 5 speed too. Fun car. Not fast but very street worthy. I have an old 44 235 that I reifinshed too. Again, another dependable runner. Normbc9
"Patrick's" was a great source for parts and information for my build. It's great to see more inline 6 fans out there, good luck!
I agree with ENG138. Tom Langdon is da man. I built a 56 chevy 235 which I plan on drag racing this yr. at Geezer events H/G cl***. I bought most everything from Mr. Langdon. I also belong to the Inliners International. Good luck with your project...JT
53. This is my first project since building a 350 with my dad way back in high school so I'm a bit rusty and learning everything all over again. Its in a 53 Chevy 210...
Norm, I added you to my contacts since we are so close. I have a spare full pressure 235 in my garage that I want to build for my car once everything else is done. I'll get ahold of you if we don't meet before hand.
I've been looking into what the 235 in my '54 belair could be, within a reasonable budget. I will be keeping an eye on this thread.
