Need Parts source for '53 chevy suspension

    While taking out the springs on my '53 wagon to lower it, I found out that the upper pivot pin needs to be replaced. Or at least the seals on it do. I looked it up in the shop manual to see what it is called and they refer to it as the pivot pin, but it's the part that goes through the upper a arm and the upright. I looked in Kanter's online catalog, but couldn't find it. Anybody got a source? Thanks in advance.

    corvette used same suspension until 1963, so just look for a 1962 or older corvette parts source like Eckler's, etc.



     

  4. Tried Chevs of the 40's? They cover through '54 -
    NAPA also may have something, they have a few odd bits for these cars.
