Mike, you could try looking at the tires used by the radio-control racing and off-road model car fraternity - they seem to have a wide range of them - you might find something.. Doug

My Uncle (actually dad's cousin, but we called him uncle) Scotty and his wfe used to smoke like chimneys - they had a few these around, usually overflowing. I remember one was a chunky snow tire which I thought was so cool. I remember them in gas stations and the Mekerlie-Millen parts stores in this area. Always caught my eye and always wanted one. My wife is an ex smoker and always on the edge of lighting another one, so probably not a good idea to bring them into our house though.
The three ashtrays I scored here locally from a collector. This one is a Seiberling tire ashtray from 1958. Seiberling Rubber Company was in Barberton Ohio. This collector is originally from Ohio but now retired in Houston, TX.
The last one is a B.F. Goodrich "The Advantage Radial that he mentioned he got in the early 70's still in the box and never used.
One odd thing he threw in the deal was a car topper with 48 stars. I know it's not ashtray related but it came with the purchase.
Good old McKerlie Millen we used to have one in my town. Also Larry Wilson Automotive and a guy named Moe had a parts store. I used to get my parts from McKerlie, Larry and Moe ha ha ha ha ha.
