Ya, Sweden or Norway, I've seen it on here a bunch of times. Usually at different get-togethers.

 

The car has a swedish licens plate with beging with ?JT 5??

Just a hunch, but I'll bet he's running a 7" axle up front. You can see the split bones.

 

i think it was a 5" magnum

 

Looks a lot lower than that with the tall wires... 18"? Must have some other tricks in the front end.
