Hello, I'm new to the introduction thing, so here it goes. My name is Steve I live in Northern California. I've been into cars since I was a kid (like most) mainly because of my dad. We drag raced a 9 second 57 Chevy, cruised a 46 Merc, and had a lot of fun in a 70 Mach 1. My current project is a 56 F100 that my Grandfather bought new in 56. It is down to the frame right now. Rear is air bagged and I just ordered my dropped front axle from Sids. I am sticking with the Y Block and 3 speed overdrive transmission. I married to an awesome wife and have three great daughters that "help" me wrench. Having said that I am doing everything on a budget, and learning some new skills. It is a blast. I really like the advice and atmosphere on this board, and look forward to hopefully being able to contribute.

Welcome from Oklahoma. I've got two sons and a daughter, and I'm close to my boys but my relationship with my daughter is special. Have fun with your family on your project.
