I'm looking for help finding part numbers for an axle overhaul on a Dana 41. I haven't found a rebuild kit for that axle similar to what is available for newer axles (Ford 9", GM 10-bolt, etc.), so I think what I need is a list of part numbers so that I'll have everything I need (bearings, seals, crush sleeves, etc.). Does anyone have such a list I can take to a parts store?

Sorry, you'll have to take the numbers from each individual bearing and seal to obtain most of the parts. You might be able to find a kit from one of the four wheel drive enthusiats places.

The ****er 41 uses NO crush sleeves. It utilizes shims in order obtain correct bearing preload.

They carry kits for Dana 44, not Dana 41. Thanks anyway.

So far, Kaiser Willys Auto Supply out of South Carolina seems to be the only source for what I'm looking for at $289 for the whole kit.
