The Jim Carlson Estate Auction was today In Grand Island, Great weather, and a large turnout. Jim's chopped 32 FORD SEDAN WENT FOR $33,000. This auction should have gotten the estate a bundle of money. A lot of Model A cars and parts that went for good money too. I will always miss Jim, but this should help out Betty a bunch

I was glad to see the Apple Cart bring that kind of money. I hope it went to a good home and they don't make a street rod out of it. If I close my eyes I can still here Jim fire it up and imediatly take it up on rpms that would make your ears ring.

Great auction with lots of great parts and cars. Glad it was bringing solid money on alot of the items for the family. I picked up a good deal, fun day.

I saw the sale bill but was unable to attend. I know there were several A roadsters and 1 or 2 a pickups. Can anybody recall what any of these brought? Just curious if I should kick myself for not going.

Was a fun time and great to see everyone at the auction. I left after the deuce sold. Anyone know what the cherry 32 gas tank brought? It was the only thing (parts wise I wanted).
