Would there be much interest in a Friday Pre Party? We have apporoached a Bowling Alley in Berlely about hosting a shindig before Sins. It's a cool location with bars, Restauraunts, we were thinking of having a band or 2 play at the lanes and Berkely Front would usually have a music act on a friday night, Hell you can even get a haircut at the Chop Shop while your there, head over to Jeff Sheas newly revamped Wholeshot Tattoo for some ink.The other cool thing is it's 1 mile from Woodward and 13 mile, SO cruising Woodward on Friday would be a cool thing to do too. I know folks come from all over and most just drive in Saturday Morning, but I thought I would float it out there. Hit up the Facebook page to to post your thoughts. We want to make this more than just a 1 day deal and get some more out of towners

 

man i cant make it this year . i went last year and it was rad! great music, great cars, and got to meet alot of people. the poor boys and crew put on one great show.

 

Drew you can come back to Detroit Next year twice!!! There may be another Traditional Rod and Kustom Show in Motown!!!! Will miss seeing the car again, next year you gotta go back to the Henry Ford to see the revamped car exhibit!!

 

loveoftiki i am going to bonneville speedweek this year so i have to cut back on going to cars shows. i have been telling everyone how cool SOS is. i think i can have a convoy of hotrods next year.

 

Guys and Gals. For those of you Facebook inclined please head over and give your thoughts to a Sins of Steel Preparty. We were thinking of Berkley, Mi. It's close to Woodward, theres a cool old bowling alley we are looking into, gonna spin some tunes, maybe a band, got the lanes, some grub, Berkley Front is close by, get your hair did at the Chop Shop, get a tat at Jeff Shea's newley revamped wholeshot Tatoo, etc. Would anybody attend is the qustion?????? We have wanted to do this for years, but we need to know if it's something yall would want to come too!

Word on the street is Cash O'reilly is slated to play. Damn fine band.

I can't wait to see it in the old parking lot. At 6'4 .5 thats about as close to a hot rod as I'll ever get. Thanks to all the Relix for coming out every year to support the show!!

 

The welder was fired up and the Trophy Dash is on. Roger and Tim spent the day getting em going. We hope to see some new contenders this year for some of these hand made creations!!

 

Hope there's a "Long Distance" trophy - Hahaha.
