I've been trying to find some rear fenders for the 1937 truck Im working on. I know there available in fibergl*** but does anyone know where I can find them in a steel reproduction of the original. Thanks guys this is really a very informitave site. Im glad I stumbled on it.

I looked for years and have found no one that repros steel fenders.. Once in awhile you may see some on here or ebay.. I feel your pain it took me about 3 years to find an original pair.. If I ever see any, I will let you know.. Good luck

Fibergl*** is about it. Once in a while there will be some NOS 1/2 ton panel rear fenders show up; which are the outside half of the pickup fender. Other than that 37/38 Chev and GMC is what you are looking for. I've been looking for over 20 years, there hasn't been a lot that have turned up.

I had a 37 half ton as well and never did find repro sheetmetal for it.
Almost bought another entire truck for just the fenders but changed my mind and sold mine.
Of course this was back in the day before the all the R** Rod stuff. Now I could just have chopped and channeled the **** out of it and run it fenderless. Lol

Yep what everyone else said hard to find originals and when you do they are usually beat to ****. Goes with the truck territory. I ended up going with Fibregl***.:(

I gave up and went fibergl*** for the fenders and running boards for my 37,NOS body parts were expensive for them back in the 70s when I got mine and would hate to see what they go for now.
