I'm working on a '50's Spartan Mansion travel trailer at work. I am looking for some louvered aluminum screen for the HVAC unit in it. I've attached a picture of the material I need to replace. The rows of louvers are 1" wide, with 18 louvers per inch. I've searched all over the internet for grills, screens, and louvers, and come up with nothing. Does anyone know where I can find more of this material? Thanks for the help.

How about your local steel supplier? Ofcourse they won't have it, but they may be able to get it. My supplier has samples of this real high end aluminum patterns. Not cheap by any means.

That looks like a product that Kaiser made in the 50's and maybe the early 60's. It was called Koolview screen, not sure on the spelling. It was used on home windows and other products to keep the sun out but you could see through it. Have looked for it before but no luck.

The smallest louver I have dies for is 1" wide x 1/8" deep x 1/8" tall. That gives you 4 louvers per inch.
