    I don't believe it's a flower car, looks like maybe a 4-door hardtop rear window?...this is the only pic I could find...any info?

    No info, but I can say that I like it. Very cool! I am currently trying to figure out how to transform my 77 Ranchero onto a Lincoln. And yes, I do believe you are correct about the 4 dr htp back gl***. 59 Chevy ish

    I believe that the Cad El Camino was owned by **** Martin, Portland, Oregon. He was an old time drag racer, circle track racer, starting in the late 40's or 50's. He also started Exhaust Specialties in Portland.

    It's a 4 door hardtop back gl***, it looks like it was converted from a two door hardtop, it's stunning.

    Nads, I totally agree, one of the best looking conversions I've seen!...but blowing up the pic, and looking closer, does that look like a flower car tailgate?
