What rear axles are narrow enough for open-wheel Tbucket size cars?

    I've heard S-10, early Mustang...

    How wide are they?

I prefer the look of round-back housings (like early Olds, 8 3/4 etc)

First you need to figure out what wheels you plan to run.

Ford patterns will narow that chart down quick.

Many use the 66-77 Ford Bronco at about 58"

  5. Thanks, but it was Retro Jim that compiled this, I just copied it.

Get your wheels and tires first then figure out the type rear-end you want to use and cut it!

  10. any one know if the 81 bronco rear end has a centered yoke or not

  11. You can also look under www,quickperformance.com under specifications, also have a list of donor axles with measurements for overall length and some from backing plate to backing plate.
