Well here is my first rough draft of how I think I want my T to look. Thanks a ton to bobbleed and hrm2k for design ideas and technical info.
it was just an old pic of a mock up of a T coupe i was messin with. thought it migh be of a lil inspiration as aperantly the OP was sharing a line drawing of a T coupe... ...people that actually build cars and dont police the internet boards do that... ;D
From the drawing, it looks like you could use a "Bleed Sweep" frame. Don't know if he still builds them.

Dan, It took several views before I could figure out what was wrong in my opinion. The frame rails run to the center line of the wheel. That would indicate that you are running a straight across axle instead of a dropped unit. You might want to look into how much of a dropped axle you are going to run and modify your drawing. As a point of reference, my frame rails are low in the front but are not below the scrub line. I have changed your drawing adding a red frame rail from the rear kick up to the grill shell guessing your are doing a suicide front end.

hrm2k....I see your point, however see the way the red line protrudes fairly far into the cab, above the rockers? a ***** is right....I need a Bob Bleed frame, and have been in contact with him since his orange T'rantula was on the latest cover of Hot Rod. His car establishes exactly the look I've been looking for, and that kink in the frame that you removed is why. His car is a bit too short...I like the stretched-out look of your car, so I'm working to combine those looks for my own. I am not, at this time, planning on running a drop axle...my club pres. has a complete Lincoln frontend that I'm working a trade with him on. I am, I think, planning on a suicide frontend setup....basically Bob's exact car, but a bit longer in the front end, like yours. But I dont claim to know it all....thats why I'm on here asking advice. The appeal of Bob's T was that he achieved a deeply channeled look without channeling. Bob is still building stuff at the Austin Speed Shop in TX.
Here are some pics of the Bob Merkt built T'rantula, now owned by a fella whose name I believe is Dennis Strayer....look for the subtle kink in the frame below the firewall....genius!!
my angle might be a bit extreme, and I eyeballed alot of the figures in my drawing, but the general look is how I want it. I have a tall order....I want a very specific rake, very specific length, specific tire sizes, and I want a frame that looks more interesting than the typical 2x3 square tubing. It's like comparing an early Harley FL round swingarm to a later square swingarm....soul. I want a taper to the frame, and a little curl in the frame horns.
ok...here are some updated photos of where the T coupe is at right now. You can probably determine what was done ch***is-wise from the pics. I have a build thread going on another site if anyone is interested I'll PM them the link. The final photo is a "photochop"...the car isnt chopped yet, but hopefully soon will be, and that photo is pretty representative of what I'd like to do with the body. I am envisioning larger-diameter wheels front and rear, with a little rubber rake. The airbags will also allow me to adjust the rake a little.
Sweet....that is kinda where I wanna go, but with maybe a bit more polish....looks great though...nice little rod
yeah, me and my dogs have been bonding....wierd, but they seem to understand whats going on with me, and have been giving me that "how do ya like me now ****er" look....little *****s...
