Crazy good show. Thank you Mr. Wells!!! ... and everyone involved! Sensory overload. What a blow out - car everywhere - I barely saw any of the track action trying to check out all the cars. Anybody know the total turn out? These are my raw pics on PB sans blurry and thumb shots. I didn't shoot many with the hoods up, some I've got from other shows, and a few I'm sure I just missed. I tried to separate the pics of cars that were in the VIP sections from the main show. 500+ pics... enjoy: Vintage Torque Fest 2012 - Friday Vintage Torque fest 2012 - Saturday VTF-VIP/camp
Great pics - gotta get out there one of these days - I contribute to the art auction every year but haven't been able to get out there yet. John sent me a DVD of last years show - looks like a blast.
Also meant to give the Marauders Motor Club a big personal thanks for giving me the cam, head, and pistons. The ride home in the Olds was a lot smoother with all the extra weight. I just take pics for fun so take what you want, just send me a percentage if you make money off it! I do keep the much higher megapixel photos if anyone wanted a better quality image, just ask in this thread.
SAM - Thank you for designating the distinction between the different sections of the show. Some people did NOT understand that we did in fact have a line where The Coronados Cl***ic and Chrome ends....and Torque Fest begins. Thanks
Love the pixs, thanks for sharing!!!!!!! Enjoyed the show just wish we had the whole gang in attendance
Cheers to you Mr. Wells, if anybody complains about it, tell 'em they're more than welcome to volunteer for gate duty next year! I know I ruffled some britches on here last year when I had the photos all lumped together. It would be a shame not to have the VIP sections - it's another great thing about the show. I did have to shake my head at a guy in the Coronados section using a feather duster on his muscle car while the dirt track action was going full blast - kinda futile.
