57 chevy stering wheel to chevy van colum

    has anyone here put an original stering wheel to a chevy van colum? I got a 57 chevy wheel and im trying to mount it to a 76 chevy van colum. it fits fine.... but i want the horn to work too. there lies my problem. tying to mix match the parts to get it to work! is there an ezer way? a "kit" maybee that i dont know about? so far my mixing and matching isnt working. any help or hints would be great!! thanks.

    No kits that I know of...you'll just have to try to find components that'll make the horn work...or use a separate ****on and locate that on the dash somewhere...

    Please say you're not trying to put a 57 chevy wheel in your bad*** 57 Poncho. That would be just wrong...
    I didn't get a chance to BS with you at BTT50s much at all except to say "Hi Kev.." That blows. We need to sit down and have a good ol fashioned bs session again....maybe while riding around in your pontiac.......again.

    hahahaha!! no im not puting a chevy wheel on er! its just ezer explaining when you say chevy,,, rather than KANADIAN pontiac. and its for my pops car. Ive been krooozen in it now, and trying to get the bugs out.
