The finish is good, around the lug holes and the ends of the spokes needed a little more polishing, but over all they look great for the price. The paint on my Anglia is almost 40yrs old and I'm not planing on painting the car so they do look too shiny, I should have got the grey or cast launcher wheels but I can always powder coat them.

    They look GREAT!

  6. Look great! Are they mag or conical seat lug nut style? I have been told that most production wheels are now conical, since about '05 or so.

The wheels take regular cone lug nuts, Rocket Racing is from Chatanooga TN. I hate to say it but its stamped "made in china" on the back.

I just had a customer drop ship some at my shop for his car. There the as "cast finish". The only problem I see is they have a very light aluminum finish. The photo they use in their adverti*****t is tinted making them look more like an old patina. The quality and finish are fine. They weigh 2 pounds more than the magnesium Lemans wheels there replacing. 27 1/2 pounds w/ tires each.

Anglia looks great!!! Doesn't get any better than that. It's a shame about the stamping on the back, but hard to avoid. It's nice that this product is available. A friend of mine just ordered a set for his 33 Willys, They'll be delivered in two weeks, I am sure everyone is going to try them on...

The picture was taken in August when I finished the car, I was on vacation in Sept. and Oct. then working out of town until last week. We live on the West coast of Canada, there is lots of greenery (rain) here so won't be driving it until the roads dry up. Here is the latest pic. this week. [IMG]

    VERY NICE !

I am hoping to start my 49 Ford g***er sometime next summer or winter . I also want to get those skinny spoke wheels for the front my g***er too . I don't care about the back ones too much but the front skinny spoke wheels just make a g***er look so damn good .

How about telling us more about the power plant you're using , the trans and rear you are using ?

    Retro Jim

    MERRY CHRISTMAS TO EVERYONE !

Get rid of the heavy Cragars and start pulling the front wheels up in the air!

Your car looks awsome. I have a 1930 blown Ford Roadster and I'm going with the launcher wheels.

Appears that China makes some good products. Some manufactuer in America should copy these wheels and sell them at a price that will get our attention.

Loved your photos so much, that I bought a pair for my dragster!

Cool wheels, even if the china is involved ;)
