Parts Theft Oregon

Had 3 chromed 930 CFM Predators....1 rebuilt 200R4 OD Trans...and 1 Lincoln Mig welder..STOLEN from my storage trailer on my property...(Lapine, OR)
Just asking any of you NW guys and gals to keep a lookout for those Predators as the trans and welder won't be so obvious....but the polished/chromed predator carbs are rare and may lead me to the culprits!!

I knew of a construction company that carved STOLEN FROM ****** CONSTRUCTION on all thier tools. guess that's what we all have to do these days.

I took the pan off of my turbo 350 trans and and the old owner had his name etched on the inside of it. Thieves are bad news. Maybe more of a sign of the times.

 

Will keep my eyes peeled. Hate hearing this stuff.

Betcha the ***hole lives in your neighbourhood, or...told one of his buddies. I'd look close to home, look at friends aquaintences...it'll be someone who knew they were there....

You might want to place an ad on CL looking for a pred. carb...see what turns up...you never know. Thieves aren't known for their intelligence.

 

I caught the fooker that broke into my truck and stole a camera and other stuff, Caught him at the local pawn shop trying to pawn my camera. Had him and called the cops. Cops took for ever and didnt show up. I got the camera back and the theif took off. Followed him , found where he lived and told the cops.

It will only stop when people stop buying from thieves. If the deal appears too good to be true, no matter how tempting, one should walk away. If not it will never stop.
