I am working on my 1950 F1 and I am having issues with door hinge pins. These ******s are stuck. Does anyone have any tips on removing them or is there an after market replacement?

A lot of people get the doors off first by unscrewing the hinges.then with the door out,you turn it upside down and work the pin out with plenty of penetration oil(not ky) maybe heat.
In my case I did it this way too.BUT My hinges screws were stuck so I ended up drilling them out, then when I tried hammering the pins, they woudnt budge and they started to bend sideways.
I had to take my grinder and cutting disk to cut al the pins at the base then I worked em out with a center punch.
Yes there is replacements for the screws and pins.
Try car and truck in orange Co,CA.
Good luck and remember to write your best cuss words in a paper then stick it to the side of the door so You dont forget em.
    O yeah,no need to wear a condom.

air chisel, with a punch bit, will remove them without hurting the paint. soak them first with your favorite rust penetrant.

Just did mine on my56 f-100.Drilled them out with a drill press and 5/16 bit.Bought GM replacment pin kits from NAPA,about $6.00 each. These pins are 11/32 in dia.Drill hindges out to 11/32,trim pins to proper length and put back together.

Yep, they're a *****. "iwannaflattie" suggested what I did. Had to drill out 2 hinge screws on each door after lots of penetrating solvent, beating and cussing. Try to get in behind the hinge in the doors on the little movable triangle plate in the A pillar to spray the ends of the hinge screws, it seemed to help a lot. I used Aerokroil for penetrating solvent which works well, but any of the modern penetrants should work well if given enough time to soak in.

Thought I'd never get mine out. Drilled the tops, soaked them in penetrating oil most of a week, then broke a made-for-the-purpose pin vise trying to get them to move. I finally made a special bit for my air chisel a bit smaller than the pins and they came out after about 10-15 minutes of the air chisel per pin. If I ever do that again, I would also take the hinges with the door off the vehicle so I could work on them away from the truck.

Thanks. It sounds like I am doing the only thing to get them out. I was kinda hoping that there was some trick that would make it easier. Oh well, if it was easy I wouldn't like it so much.
