Anybody rebuild/restore tachs in NYC?

I bought an old half-sweep tach on the internet a while back and I went to hook it up and got nothing. I know I can't buy a new one like it, so I might as well get this one fixed up. Anybody know a place that does this kind of stuff in my area?
