Hey all, been here for quite some time but have never done an intro. Decided I would do an introduction finally, after the guy at the alignment shop told me my motor mounts should not be welded in? Do all garage owners automatically assume you know nothing?
Got my first car at 14, 1962 Chevy II convertible, yanked the 194 I6 and put in a 355 and TH350. Was out of the scene for at least 10 years, but now I'm back. Current project is 1951 Chev Sport Coupe. Same deal, but this time I was smart enough to do a 700R w/ OD.
Take it easy on me please.

    Welcome from Greenwood.
Yes Dog n Suds...kinda. The old Dog n Suds in Greenwood has been in private hands for several years and the name was changed to just The Suds! Has been listed as one of the best long standing cruising spots in the country. Every Saturday night during the warm months. Great dogs and root beer of course. Rods, classics, muscle cars, you name it.
Down the hill, near the old post office and city pool. Just drive down Madison Avenue late in the afternoon on Saturdays and you will see the traffic flow, all headed toward the Suds!
