Did a close up look once at a T in the road. Got to close and broke the window , JK. I do it all the time.
my ol lady and my buddies ol ladys were talking about how we do that and laughing at us ..just a habit .it's the closest you can get to seeing how your ride looks going down the road without someone else driving it.
I've done it since I was 16. Used to cruise through the out door outlet mall on a hot day looking for some short shorts. Hard to get a decent picture of the car without looking like a total creep though...
my VW is not HAMB friendly but i thought I would share. In a few weeks when I get the '60 Dodge done i will take more.
Hell yeah! I like driving next to big trucks and looking at my reflection in the caps too.....and to think I used to make fun of my dog for looking at herself in the mirror
We did that back in the 50s, if you could see any of the rim on the rear wheel under the skirts, your car wasn't low enough.
That's a cool shot. I like how the reflection of your car in the window is framed by the window frame of your car.
My wife even knows where the best streets are for continuous windows. My '55 Effie is standing on its nose right now, plus I have a dropped axle to get it a little lower...Big-n-Littles help, but the overloads I slipped in there for bringing my shop home (2 trips with car trailers full of trusses and 22 gauge panels) hiked the back about 2". Got to cruise the reflective route with the Dago axle before I take the overloads out. It's already severe, let's see if I can post a pic.
