Model A winterfront Grille ?

    I was at a friends house last night, he has a winterfront grille for a model A 30-31, complete very nice. I did'nt know they made them, any value?

  4. winterfront grill? Is that a cover to keep the temp up in cold weather? I would like to see one. is it an aftermarket thing or a Ford item?

    The model A ones don't bring anything close to the 10K that a 32 will bring.

    i bought one last year for a 28-29 paid around $100 for it. nice shape, been repainted. off hand id like to say its a pines brand but havnt looked at it in a while. i never installed it but put a heat gun to it and it works. its just hanging in the shop for now. i will get a pic tonight when i get home

    I'd sure like to see one of the model A inserts installed. I just don't see how it fits.

    the winter front is the shape of the stock grill shell. you have to drill 4 holes and bolt it on the frontof a stock shell. it has a thermostat of sorts that presses against the stock shell. as it heats up it opens up
