Hello, my name is Mike. I recently picked up a 54 F100. It is is decent shape, I have since stripped it down to the frame. It is going to be a long project but hope to post progress up here.

    Hi Mike

Welcome from Western Australia. Great project and easy to get parts. I love mine and will enjoy driving it even more soon as I am putting a Jag front end in once more parts arrive from the states. Apart from the motor switch from a 6 to an 8 from a mustang, C4 and 9 inch diff I have tried to keep it looking stock.

Have mostly used Midfifty and found them very helpful.

I also bought a 54 F100 2 1/2 years ago that was in pieces. Got most of my parts from Midfiftys & have no complaints. I'm sure a truck from Kansas can't be as rusty as Wi.
Put in a 83 302, AOD & flipped the 3.90 original rearend, put a Must. 11 with dropped spindles up front. The last year has been used fixing
rust out and now I'm getting a little burned out on it..

Brad, I think your car sits about right, put the motor in it and drive it. :D BIG GRIN. I often say EVERYTHING looks better lowered.
