Hello, I've really enjoyed reading all the build threads on the H.A.M.B. Being new to car restoration, I have learned a lot from your posts. I just bought a 29 Ford sport coupe project which I hope to restore into a prewar banger. It has been in the same family for the past 40 years up in New York then New Mexico and finally ending up down in Florida where I found it. The old owner said it use to sit on top of a used car lot somewhere between Buffalo and Rochester, Ny. It should be a fun first project. Cant wait to learn more. Take Care!
Welcome from the Boonies. One of my favoruite cars, a Model A coupe. Enjoy playing with it and lookin around here.
Thanks everyone for the welcome. I hope to trailer the car home this weekend. Also found a complete top for it that had been cut off at the bottom of the front window pillar. It has all the brackets along with good wood bows that I am missing. Once the car is towed home I hope to start a build thread. Take Care!
