Mark is a stroke victim and lost use of his one arm and some of one leg. But fearing another stroke and death he wanted to see the Grand Canyon. So, he left Maryland in his 1935 Ford Hot Rod and last I heard he had made it in one piece. If you guys see him on the road make sure he's OK.
he is a bad***! **** it, make life fun, no matter what is thrown at you! good man, is he on the hamb? if he is, we wanna hear from him, if he's not, get him on here, please!
I don't think he's on here. I'm not sure how computer literate he is. If anyone sees him on the road, he's drivin a 35 Cream White Ford SBC.
I hope Mark is having a great time, cross country road trips are great! Everyone should drive cross country at least once, look forward to a full report on his thip. Bob
He will now be under the watchful eye of 177,000 HAMBers. Sounds like one very brave and cool dude. We await further reports on his journey..........................Don.
Mark made it home in one piece. Word has it that he is really whooped so I haven't been by to debrief him. I'll let him know you guys were rooting for him. He's the kinda guy that will really appreciate knowing that someone was interested in what he was doing.
Glad to hear that he made it back in 1 piece . That's a trip I'd like to make someday - I just hope I have enough "somedays" left ...
WOW! Cool dude to take a big trip like this in a hot rod with all he has going. Wish I could have met him while on this journey.
