What are a set of ram's head exhaust manifolds for a chevy 350 or 283 in great shape worth. I was told that they fit a 283, then another fella told me that was wrong that they fit a 350, would appreciate some knowledge as they both want to buy them, and I don't know what they are worth. I don't want to be taken advantage of nor do I want to overprice what I have. thanks, Vern

They'll fit every Chevy small block out there, but I believe they were on 283 and 327s originally. I know that I have never given more than 25.00 for a pair of them unless they were the larger outlet versions for Corvettes.

They seem to be worth a lot if you break one and are hunting one but not worth much if you have some to sell at a swap meet. At least that has been my experience.
As Need Louvers said above, the price varies depending on what they are, what the casting number is and what the casting date is in some cases.

My local salvage yard gets $40-50 each depending on the day and the owners mood. And yes he does have a few sets laying round so he may be overpriced unless you are the person needing one desperately.

From the prices ive seen people asking for junk cars, $300 for a set of sbc ram manifolds seems about right
