I was fortunate to have four steel fenders that are flawless and look great on this car. I tried the no fender look and loved the car both ways.

I have always run fenders on my RPU's because 28/29 Model A fenders are the best looking fenders Henry ever made. How can you throw away a fender that looks like it was poured over the tire!

Sure glad I had fenders on many occasion also a bumper when I hit the 30+rac**** on evening. Did some damage but would have been a lot worse without a bumper & fenders.

    Damnit Dean!

Everytime I get myself moving forward on my RPU you show a picture of yours or I see the feature on your original and start to rethink myself. Must.. resist.. putting fenders.. on..RPU!!! I have all the braces and stuff too...

  5. I just found some pics of mine without the top on, before I painted it and cut another 2 inches off the windshield. I'll have to get a few shots of the car with the top off now that it's painted, anyway, I'm a fenders on roadsters believer. Lots more work but worth it.

  6. I started out with no fenders, but put them on after the first year.
I like it better with the fenders.

  7. Awesome looking car either way but fenders is the right look for it. Nice!

I kept the fenders because i like them both ways,my last one was fenderless and i wanted a change, this one came with 4 mint orig. fenders ,and it seems like everybody is building a highboy.I think it looks great.

fenders with that stance is a beautiful thing! I just need to make some ''minor'' adjustments to my stock suspension and I'll be satisfied

And if you are in Qld watch out for the TAC spies/witch hunters.I am putting them on the channelled 32 but don't mind the look actually.
