I don't know about the rights, but I contacted Tom Cirello about a few parts for a H&C mag and he got back to me. He doesn't carry everything I needed, but had some of it.

Glad the "103" issue is conclusively documented! I went through a lot of paper and could not find anything on it.

 

Yes me to ,it is great to know what it is .Looks like this 103 model not are
sold so many as the 101 . I am very thankful for all reply and help.

Now i search after one offenhauser timingplate to 2 bolt distributor on a
early 3bolt cover, i am happy for all info where i can find someone.
