First may I say these cars all Kick ***! Secondly; Racer-x? Was it cold the day they took those pictures or was she just happy to be next to that sweet ride?
I don't know why someone rated this build thread at one star... This car came from the woods and was saved with countless hours and hard work...and it was built from memories of a genuine hotrod Plymouth coupe in your local area....being built as you remember it, so many years ago. I think you did great.
maybe i need to post a few more pics and let you decide. maybe she was turned on by a blown hemi. chicks love blown hemis.
Don't know to much about one star thing. I guess, I'm just an amateur home builder with weird ideas. Otherwise the old late 60's early 70's look isn't for everybody. Guess it will have to grow on a few folks before I get more stars. This thing has been a job and I just want to get it done and start on another one. This is a great forum!
That's kool please; post away because I have a thing for big beamin racks! And she is well qualified.
This is a 1930u sedan. I bought this car just to get the oval rear window interior garnish molding and a few other pieces. This car is #639. Got to love the wood spokes. The early Series U cars have this dash, taillights and wood wheels. Great cars!
I haven't posted in awhile but I've made some progress. The headers worked out great but it was a difficult job. Here's a couple current shots of the Coupe.
