I have been searching but so far not found what is allowed here so if I missed it please excuse a FNG mistake.

I live in Houston we have a cruise every Saturday through the Summer months called the Nifty Fifty. There are all sorts of cool cars from Muscle to cl***ic to some real antiques ( 1915 Cadillac) Anyway I was up there tonight and took a bunch of photos I think some of you might enjoy. They do not allow anything newer than I think 1971? I would like to post some here but need to know some peramiters so I don't post some that may be deleted.

    So what say you?

The '64 and older rule. Rodded or customized ie mild to dang near hideous. Take in what other members have posted from show's. Stay away from 18"+ mag wheel'z on these old cars, wrong forum. You do know what a obvious Rat Rod/schlock rod look's like? Muscle cars, no. Post a few pix of sure fire HAMB type cars. Maybe Photobucket the rest linked. P.S. the early day's HAMB would have flamed you with Napalm 'till you looked like a pile of Kingsford charcoal for your HAMB name.

  4. take pics of whatever YOU like at the shows and post them on photobucket or simular then post alink to the account here and warn the traditionalist only types that there are non-hamb friendly cars in the link

    thats what i do

I don't recall there being a limit to American made cars. There have been some damn fine HAMB friendly offshore ones... although most of the folks who have the rare stuff don't hotrod them them

yup! no one complains about hotrodded fiat toppolinos or anglias or some really exotic vintage racecars. throw in a few ww2 warbirds into the mix. Its more about a time in history not a cut and dry definition. You'll quickly be chastised if you cross the line.

I know this board is a world wide forum, but I think us USA hambers should stick to vehicles that were actually hot rodded during the pre '64 era that this board is about. The few foreign makes that were used as altereds, g***ers and other drag cars should be it.

Most of the replies here are horse****...

We cover pre-65 traditional hot rods and customs. Simple as that.
