This is the HAMB so the correct answer is... build em! If you have the right set of tools of course.

I think the best exhaust tips I've ever seen were shaped like tiger paws in a satin finish. I'll have to find a pic of them...........whatcha puttin tips on anyways?

If I could build them I would, lack the skills and tools.
Brandy- what are you smokin?? Tiger paws, what, might as well put some teddy bear rims on as well. I've checked under motorcycle parts and have only found tips with long pipe, don't need that much pipe just the tip. Unless I'm looking in the wrong place.

I've got a short set of tips on my wagon that I picked up from the swap meet. In my opinion, get the ones with the long straight pipes, that way if someone looks under they'll see a longer run of chrome. Just my opinion, just being a bit anal about how it looks.

The ones on my buddy's A sedan are from a local Harley shop.

I got mine a while back from Hotrods of Norco. At the time, they were the only tips I could find that had the 2" diameter pipe inlet.

They worked good with flamethrowers (which I used to run).

  12. you could find some from a 90's camaro in the wrecking yard.......

i had both on my 65 caddy. they worked fine but the flame was shorter then on a car with a open tip.

Basically the flame shape that comes out is reshaped like the fishtail. The flame is shorter, but the shape of the flame is taller from the side view.

You would have to be an oil spot on the ground to see under my truck. :D But if I could find a set cheep I would consider using them. I'll check speedway motors. Or my hacksaw and me will take a walk. :D Just kidding Mike.

I saw those in some magazine too and thought they looked nifty but pricey if I remember. I went on to WCC's website and could not find them listed at all.

I better lay frame on mine so you guys can't get a hacksaw to fit under there!

Before I bought my chrome ones, I made these painted ones from a piece of pipe and folding a sheet metal piece. Macs55, pm me if you want to know more about how to make them.

Don't worry Mike...I've got your back. I'll start pirating parts off of his panel for mine if he comes for your Merc! LOL. Bad Dave!

8bb...nice! I'm filing that away for future reference (for my own projects).
