Dig the latest add to the Primates garage: a jaunty little '29 A roadster. Other than the steel wheels, Stromberg 97, Burns intake and a couple of vintage accessories, a box stock survivor time capsule. Runs & drives like a champ!
I have to agree with that one. That thing doesn't look like it has any sort of filter element in it either unless there is a foam one hidden inside. Other than that the car looks cool as all get out and looks like a lot of fun.
I love it! Fill it up, drop the top, and get some of this stuff for your hair. That car looks like it hasn't changed since about 1960.
As outta place as that cast, 60's vintage scoop is...it's real, it happened. Somebody, at some point in time, without regard to accuracy, added the scoop along this car's voyage. You'll put a period, proper piece there to replace it and at that point, it's contrived. Maddening isn't it?
Hey there. What a great little car. I'm ***uming it's still running the mechanical brakes? The reason I ask is because I want to run '46 steelies on mine but the studs pull up a little short and I think they need some packers behind them to support them on the drums...kinda the opposite situation to the usual of putting '35 wires on later drums. Anyways, I was wondering if anything had been done on yours to fit up the steelies. best regards -Ed
