Glad its painted a color, the tred is perfect, nice car. The days of "primer" are over i think.its so passe now
I really really like it!!!! One of the nicer rides I've seen on here lately. You have good taste! Mike
Hope mine comes out 1/2 as nice as the Little Red Roadster. You built a damn fine hotrod! Thanks again for putting me behind the wheel and letting me take it for a spin. Drives as good as it looks!
You really nailed it, that is one beautiful car. That is the kind of result that got me hooked on the HAMB to begin with. Congratualtions.
Perfect! I prefer the A grill shell myself but that kinda quibbling since that's all I currently have for mine!
Really nice! I'm working toward something very similar. 2 quick questions. What kind of headers did you use and where did you get the upper radiator tubes? Great job! Mark
Perfect roadster my friend, that's how a fenderless car should look, like it was designed without fenders. Perfect stance, perfect color. Nice job.
Well done sir....outstanding ride there my friend! Always nice when someone uses the HAMB, Ford Barn, etc.to research and then actually uses that knowledge wisely.....!
Thanks to all of you who have taken the time to post all of the positive comments. I used the gloss and laid it out the best I could. No sanding or buffing. What I liked about it is the 300 degree temps it will withstand and that I could use the aerosol cans to paint the smaller parts when they were ready knowing the material would be the same. Z
I spend a bit of time on the headers with Jim at Red's Headers being that the frame width was narrowed with an F-1 box. He was great to work with. Upper tubes are the standard stainless tubes you can get. I got them from Mac's or Sac Vintage Ford. They needed to be shortened in order to fit properly. Z
