I've been seeing a few HAMB-friendly vehicles 'round about Fort Lewis lately, probably since the weather is starting to get nicer. Anyone on the board live or work on base?

Since the weather is only going to get better over the next few months, maybe a meet'n greet is in order.

Sound off here, or just shout at the guy in the Chevy II Wagon or '38 Buick if you see me around...

Yup, bought Strangerodz' wagon. Just kinda wondering if there are any JBLM folks on here. There's a '63 Chevy Wagon with metal-flake on full-moons that I cross paths with every few days when I'm leaving work, and a couple other ol' American pieces of iron. Wondering if they're on here...

I've got a thread on the Buick, just click on the link in my signature. Its mostly stock still but once we get the Chevy II up to mechanical snuff (it threw a rod in SoCal), my concentration will be back on the buick.

Unfortunately I'm working this weekend, on base. Seems that every time something HAMB related happens, I'm stuck on base.

You think there'll still be stuff worth seeing/doing at the festival after 7PM give or take? If so I'll hop in the Buick and drive on up.

Last 2 years the car show is over around 8, but the party goes till about 2 am. Should still be a lot going on if you feel like a 40 min drive.
