Calling all midwest H.A.M.B.ers (and beyond)

I am putting together a show on August 4th in St.Louis Missouri and I need as many H.A.M.B. members and their friends that I can get to attend this show. It is called the Gear Head Invasion. I am working with promoters on this first show to get it going and have the backing but they don't believe that a show in St.Louis will support only old school traditional hot rods and kustoms but I need their help with the budget so please show your support by coming out in force to prove them wrong so we can grow this into a culture event in the midwest. So far for the venue we have a apperance by Butch Patrick (Eddie Munster) and the Munster tribute cars including a contest for a ride to the arch from the show to the arch in the Munster coach. We also are having a pinup contest with the winner being crowned by Bernie Dexter. As for band we have rockabilly legend Levi Dexter, Miss Jubilee and the humdingers and Everett Dean. We are in negotiations with Kim Lenz and her jaguars. This is a charity event that the proceeds will be going to Helping Hannahs heart which is John's charity from Vintage torque fest. Please help me show that we can support a tradtional show here in St.Louis on a large scale. So who is in?

Although its kind of hard for me to plan that for certain, I would probably be able to attend.

Anything to help John or his charity. If you can get him to help with promotion I think it will definately take off. Try to get some cards printed up (preferably with some kick *** art work) and start getting them out there. Im sure you know there is a show in STL this weekend "The Shimmy" that would be a great place to start handing out flyers or cards.

 

Was not aware of that show until today but then again I'm still pretty new to STL. Is the show Saturday and Sunday?

Ok wrench in the plans. Changing locations because of losing my backers. Have new plan that will be cooler yet. I know this is last minute stuff but you play the cards you are dealt. We will use this as a spring board for next year but lets show them it can be done.

 

Back on for Gateway Harley Davidson for the show. Lost some of the names on the bill but Butch Patrick (Eddie Munster) is coming for sure. Please come out for this event if you can.
