New guy, but have been lurking for years. I'm in Greenback, TN. I'm hotrod-less at the moment, but I'm doing a frame up restore on a '51 Willys CJ3A right now.

I'm joining some of the hot rod forums because I am feeling the bug for my next project.

update: I bought a new project. See below...

Here's my current project. Started with this:

Had to build a new tub as only the cowl, firewall and dash were usable. This is really my first metal shaping project of any real significance. As I mentioned in a couple other forums, I'm kind of proud of the way it is turning out. Its giving my the confidence to start another project. I'm thinking a Model A Ford.....

However, I have to stop looking at hot rod sites and stay focused on the Willys!!!!

I'm working on the ch***is/eng/****** now. Replacing seals, bearing, etc and cleaning/painting.

Well, I bought a new project... Its in great shape but I have to hotrod it. I'm planning to chop it and channel it a couple inches. I have access to lotsa Chevy parts. So I'm thinking a 283 out of a 67 Chevelle and a 350 turbo. I'm also thinking about a rearend out of a 55 Chev.
