Pickin up my 51 merc tomorrow

FINALLY the damn day has come for me to have my hands on a 51 merc. boy am i excited. I will make my debut my merc at "sins of steel" in davisburg mi.!!! my first old car and im totally geeked!!! special thanks to my dad and uncle billy for making this happen!!!

So what's the story of how you finally got it?

 

Well I did not get my dads old Merc the guy wanted $37,000 and I find it not worth it with paint and body work needed

 

I love the pic in the rear view mirror, I thought I was only goofball that did that. I had that view of my shoebox for 5hrs bringing it home.

After 37 hours of dying to see her and no sleep... I laid her down for a night long nap with her multi colored skirts.. Sins of steel tomorrow!!!
