If you do make a mould from that gorgeous piece you could make, or have a boat shop shoot some) some fibergl*** bodies and sell them to be used as strollers or kiddiecars(pedal power) for sale to reward you for your efforts saving this piece of history.

Hi Pasadenahotrod... Thats the Next step after the sealer and primer is applied. Your idea at the very beginning hasnt been forgotten... Also, I was thinking of asking around to see if a 1/18 scale car of this would be of interest.. and who out there would be interested in taking on the task.. that will take a little doing Im sure..

I'm blown away that the Aero wagon model still exists! I remember seeing photos of it decades ago and it's great that you've been able to score it and to do the resto of it.

I'm sure there'd be a lot of takers for replicas, in any scale.

Well,, its there.. Just got to get the Colors together before Sanding and Priming..
any thought from any one on the paint ? leave it the same dullness or make it Shiney?
I will be leaving the Side window areas alone.. I got one vent gl*** that will be colored because of the repair..

Gloss might not be restoration perfect, but I think it needs it!

This is an amazing post, and you're doing an incredible job. Keep it up, please! You're singlehandedly (I think!) saving a treasure.

    Great work!

Its been quite a while on this... Being out of work for over a year put a damper on the cars and life in general... I am finally back working.. .. so maybe I can get back on track... I got a job back in a autobody shop... they are being very helpful in letting me use some of the materials needed to complete this at a small fee.. which is very much appreciated.. at least I dont have to buy primer buy the gallon for such a small project..
