Silver paint jobs glossy or satin let's see em !!!

I'm about ready to paint my 41 Chevy truck,not sure what color. It's got no fenders,frame is exposed to the cowl.Thinking about silver. The frame is a red oxide urethane mixing tint thats been flattened. Just wanting some ideas !!!

 

Shiney is the new satin.

Its BC/CC........But is very nice...............

 

Straight mixing color ......extra course. With a little thrown in the clear

 

Silver on a 61 Ford Sunliner that I did for a customer a few years back.

 

Sliver in gloss looks great on just about any thing

 

Here is one to take a look at. It still looks great after a few years too.

Let us not forget the Almighty Moonglow. I'm painting my '54 Silver as an ode to it.

 

"Loose wheels" on here has a satin silver Ford pickup that's pretty sweet - you've probably seen it in the Coker tire ads.

 

Here is mine. Silver but is actually called GM "light slate"
