i have recently chopped the top on my car its was a good time. I put a big thanks to the TroubleShooters c/c for helping me. Now i am going to do body work and pint on my car.

Cool wheels!!! Way better than the o/t Monte Carlo or Firebird I had when in school!! Keep your head on your shoulders and you'll do just fine!!

Good for you! You'll get many years and miles out of that little car. When my son got to be driving age I gave him the choice of a modern high-MPG car or the 57 BelAir 2door post car at 16MPG. He chose the 57. I told him any damage from stupidity or ignorance on his part would result in him walking the rest of his time in high school. He kept up his end of the bargain and enjoyed a nice ride throughout high school. Oh, it didn't hurt that it was airconditioned at the time.

 

Looks like a fine way to go to school in style and just remember, if you take care of it, it will take care of you!

OHH My Bad i have never seen one like it ill change that asap. Thanks tho on the car i sprayed it up last friday. I didnt want it to look like a grey, blue, and white checker board.

I have doin some body work on her, and been driving it all over the place.

 

So there is hope for the future! Great to see a kid your age interested in "the cool stuff". Love the '54 just as it sits.. nice ride.. have a blast at school..Enjoy every moment.. even in the boring cl***es.. ha!

Here is the front end after a little brainstorming. I took the stock grill and took off the ends and three teeth. Where the teeth's mounting holes were i put little bullets. Also i am going to put my 1955 chevy headlight bezels on there. With 55 chevy headlight lips on the top of the fender. I also added a pair of bumper guards i had in place of the stock bumper where the old mounts are.

Lol, heck yes it does. It wont for long though. iv got the paint all in boxes in my bedroom. The colors i have picked out are Hot Rod Flatz.
The body will be Olive Drab green.
The roof will be Cl***ic White with white metal flake from MQQN.

 

Thanks little dude. I remember when I got my first car. I was 6 years old. I got a 1939 chevy 2dr sedan master deluxe. And now i have a ton of cars to many my parents get mad at me.

 

Got the paint in the mail. My order of the dummy spotlights and rattle can metal flake is coming. Today i did some brainstorming and work. I put these 51 ford tail light lens's I had, into the 54 chevy bezels. All I need is the blue dots.

 

Me likey the tail lights! What color are you painting it?

 

THANKZ The color of that Ford is the same color I am doing the 54. But mine will have a really flaked out roof.

 

BAD***! I planning on painting my ford the original green with either white or green flake roof. And chrome steelies.
