I think with all that white you should rename it "The Storm Trooper"

When we were talking about those pleated horn inserts I though it was a great idea and now that I see them in I think its goddamn genius.

So this is why I didn't get to see it at the Round-Up. Worthy excuse.. :)

What color are you painting the body?

Go DB go!!! I'll get the rest of your shit out so you can get really silly!!! Did you say there was a shifter in that box with the wishbones? I'm gonna have to go see homeboy to see if it's laying around. Damn tweaker.

I want a storm trooper costume real bad, like I could drive around in it..

Gracias Señors! Those were my first upholstery attempt. I've been practicing, using about twice the amount of foam and they look way better. Gonna upholster a couple other outer areas too, but I don't want to over do it and make it corny.. :)

I honestly have no idea. It will most likely be one of the following: sea blue/tealish fade into pearl white, seafoam green, candy apple red (over gold base), or white like everything else. Conceptually the white is boring, but photoshopped it looks amazing plus one of my favorite cars is all white.

Thanks homie, You're directly responsible for this shit movin to the next level! And I live to get silly :) Yeah there was a shifter in there, he may be using it to mix up some tweek as we speak..

I love that you're taking it to the next level. Your progress is very motivating!!
I can't wait to get the roadster out of my garage and free up some room to blow the coupe apart again.

Fantastic that you're still going at it. This thread has been a great source of reference for my '28 Coupe build.
