I picked this up this weekend, with more parts a guy could ever need ! It was brought to Washington in 2007 by the original owners nephew after his death. This cat has do***entation from day one when he traded in his 34 ford coupe for $485 and wrote a check for the remaining $2050, that included an upgraded heater and undercoating. I hope to have it running soon, I know the transmission needs to come out, when 2nd cluster broke in 1985 he parked it.

That car is on my list to have some day. Great score. One of the few cars I'd leave more or less stock.

in the costco car port is where I found it, the two current pics are when Jeff ( the guy I bought it from) got it home from calli in 06/07. the two black and whites are a few of several the orig. owner took. Has any one seen seats that fold down into a bed in one of these? I haven't tried real hard, but I dont know how they would work although the seat back pivots have cotter pins on them like maybe they can be removed for this set up.Six years in Washington didn't do the top or the seats any favors, the top is split and the seat s***ching has unwound it self letting fabric roll up. After an over night soak of acetone and atf the motor turns by hand with no hard spots. If she runs I plan to pull the ****** and go through it, (several boxes of oem ford and borg warner trans parts in the stash) clen her up and fill it full of Woo-Hoo girls at GG NW

Isn't that kind of like a shoebox without a lid? Maybe he could lay down the seats and put a GREAT BIG pair of shoes inside? :D

Very nice! Not having to search for those convertible specific parts is huge. Wish mine was all together when I got it!!

If you figure out how to get a T5 in there with the convertible X frame let me know what you used.
