1952 cadillac advice/help

Hoping someone will view this video of the undercarriage of this 52 Cadillac I'm considering buying.... It's not local so I'm getting video to see it from the seller first. Looks like all it needs is a new owner. Looks all original to me too. It appears to be as nice as my "new" 55 Caddy I found after hiding in a barn for 46 years. Good luck if you buy it
