Other than the HAMB, what places would you recommend listing cars of this era? (Yes, this is a repost--I broke a rule--if I can just edit that last thread and reopen it I would appreciate it). So if you've answered this before, and could again so I could get all of those URL's once more I would greatly appreciate it
So the only links I remember from the last thread were cars-on-line.com and shoeboxford.com. Any others you would recommend this Monday morning? Thanks!
So the thread got itself deleted? I searched and can't find it. I remember mentioning Good guys gazette and not knowing what is involved in that. You may try the Hemmings Motor news site I know that they have car ads in the actual magazine and no doubt have cars for sale on their site. Auto Trader sells many magazines some niche magazines. Look on their site and see if they have a spot to post cars for sale.
I recently sold 3 cars on Oldride.com, lots of traffic and reasonably priced listing for as long as it takes.
I have sold two cars on RacingJunk.com in the last year. Lots of traffic, plenty of cars for trade also.
i agree with all of the above. your local craigslist too man. i sold my 54 ford to an old hot rodder who wasnt on any of the above sites and just happened to be scrounging craigslist
Thanks guys for the information. Looks like my 49 would be at home on OldRide.com and ShoeboxFord.com so i listed it in both places tonight. Thanks!
I have sold over 100 cars/parts in Hemmings Motor News. Cheap and gets to car guys. On a few I only got 1 call and sold the item. I have had a few autos/parts that got over 50 calls. Good Luck.... Bobby..
