hello all, i am Troy and live in middleburg,fl. i have a 54 ford customline 2dr post that i saved from the crusher....bought it for $600 and gave it to my dad. he has gotten really sick and only has a very short time left with us. he gave the car back to me a few days ago and i want to fix it so he can drive it before he is gone. anyway it needs a complete wiring harness...all is gone and it has rust pretty bad. it does have a 351 w and c4 ****** and appears to have been a really nice rod in the 80-90's. well this is it...the day it was dropped at dads...thats the crusher yard in background.....the people in first photo is the ones we bought it from....

Welcome from NW Florida. (Eze-Wire wiring harnesses out of Bunnel, Fl. Good price, good quality, and easy to install complete harness with fuse panel. Used many of them. Also have Dolphin gauges. You can pay a lot for name brands but this really works. Check any street rod mag for add. Good luck. Both cars in avatar, my panel truck, and others have it.
thanks. its going to a street rod shop here in a few days to get a complete wiring job for around $1200. then i am doing the bodywork. it wont be stock be now means.
looks like i will not get it done before he is gone. his health has really went down hill in last few days....this is such a tough time right now.....never been through it
Welcome from Iowa. Sorry to hear about your dad's health, went thru the same thing with my dad five years ago.
thanks everyone....he went to ho****e today. i should be getting the car over soon so i can start working on it. still have not had time to get the newer pics of it.
very sad dad...he will never get to ride in the 54.... he p***ed today at 1030 am. i saw him take his last breathe......i am just numb and have not touched the car. but i will be building it in his honor....love you dad, you will be missed
where can i find some sheet metal for this thing. it needs rockers, quarters, some floorboard patches and roof patches, lower front fender patch. and hoos and trunk lid patch.
