I found a truck I'd like to buy in Nebraska...the problem is it's a big dually, like a 1.5 ton, or bigger...

I don't really think I could haul that much weight too well with my setup. I already checked with BenD...he thought it was probably too much weight for him too...

Any suggestions on a GOOD person to use who could/would haul this?

I have had several larger two ton older trucks hauled from out West to Iowa and Wisconsin by using guys who usually haul tractors and equipment. They have wider trailers, either fifth wheel or semi trailers. Many of these guys also haul antique tractors. I use the antique tractor website www.yesterdaystractor.com. There is a Hauling category on the left side of the menu on this website.
That all being said, I have hauled full size antique trucks .....1940 Dodge 2 ton and 1949 Chev COE with my 18ft car trailer, but it is a really tricky haul and you really need to have the vehicle balanced and not be in a hurry. Oh, also be ready to pay significant $$$$ for this size vehicle.

When using the yesterday tractor site, check out the buyers/ sellers for who might have a dispute, yea , dis-ageements happen with haulers.... Good Luck...
