After what seems to have been the whole Arizona spring, bent over or under an ailing backfiring rust bucket piece of **** car, skinning my knuckles on every bolt, with summer fast approaching, the sun already hissing down like a blowtorch, I felt the needed crawl out from under this contraption and blow a little carbon out of my own exhaust. I am starting to feel required by self-guilt to get on this type of new technology for help...This joyscout jamboree might also ***ist me in finding parts that I can't locate anywhere around here. The computer safari, for a two fingered typist like me, has always been an undue h***le to make happen. I've posted my needs on line before and some Craig’s List people called back, sadly with no sync to my needs. Fell on this H.A.M.B. thing and I thought I'd give it another chance. Today I'm on the hunt for the last two pieces of wide arrow tip chrome trim off the cowling and front quarter...for a 1963 F-100. Fabricated some out of old trim but they look like homemade 4th grader art. My 49 Plymouth is the next project. Wondering if I should make it a 12 volter or stick with generator and keep it a 6...As ever, A-C-J

  8. Welcome from Rockmart GA. Henrietta the '38 Ford pickup and Ozelle the '55 Ford send friendly horn honks. Look forward to your participation here. On the trim parts for your F-100, also check www.fordbarn.com, click on the "Late V-8 ('54-up)" forum and swap, you will find help there, too.
