"Hazard Mode - is available all the time and will flash until cancelled. To engage, press both the left and right turn signal ****ons for 1 second. To cancel, press both ****ons again for one second. "

You can use a toggle switch, but then you won't be able to do the hazard thing. Not much that you'd be missing, I don't have hazards on any of my old cars...

squirrel...Would you know whether a similar (in BASIC function, but NO hazard) 3-wire into 2-wire 12v converter would function on a 6v system (in a stock '39 Ford)? Thanks DD

Thanks for the reply Jim! So I just need a momentary on, center off, on, toggle. 3 terminal like this one.

My guess is that it won't work, but you'd have to ask the company that sells it, to be sure. If it has relays or electronics, which I suspect it does, they usually don't run with only half the design voltage. But you could ask them....

I'm going to be using one with a toggle switch as well, you just won't have the hazards option is all. I am using the toggle that Kwik Wire sales

Fellas seems to me all you need is a double pole single throw momentary ****on similar to mcmaster part no. 7400k72 connected so that when in the on position the left and right ****ons are sent to ground. This way you can keep the single toggle switch and add a hazard ****on somewhere else.
