Lowered the Lincoln.. too much. Anyone have a lowered unibody?

  1. You're car looks great! I'm building my '56 Ford on a total budget and have to say +1 on the air shocks. I got a complete Air Lift set up and Gabrial High Jackers from Amazon a few months ago for a little more that $100. Should take an afternoon to instal if you are relatively mechanically inclined. I'm retarded at that **** and it took me an afternoon.

    I just hit them at full blast and hope nothing falls off...

    but seriously, yeah. I have been driving slow and sideways over bumps.

    Thanks for the tips, I kept the original springs so if the trans am ones settle or I never get around to bagging it I'll cut a coil and a half.

    I drew this on the decklid after I primed it the other night.. I just used a jumbo sharpie. Sorry its kinda R*T Roddish.. but its only temporary as I've been bodyworking this car in between other projects..

    That car, lowered right you have it, is the balls. THE... BALLS... and I don't mean little pipsqueak balls, I mean like elephant nut balls. What a great old battleship.
