A shop I was a tech in had a salesman bring in a case and told us to use it. If we didn't like it , it was free. we thought what the heck and tried it. Had a car with sticky lifters and poured it in , drove it around and the noise was still there. We told the customer it didn't work, needed more work. Customer didn't want to spend any money. The guy came back in after driving away, told us the noise was gone. Have been using it since. ( 1989) Also have seen it blow motors and bend valves. It cleans so well , it can clog the pick-up screen in the pan and chunks of carbon fall off the valves and get wedged in the valve.
